In this modern world full of high technology,people seems to neglect the fact that face-to-face interaction is important in having a success and smooth communication between human being.Even a little chit-chat can bring a huge difference if we're having a face-to-face chat.The eye-contact is also important to make sure that the message can pass through easily.Thus,face-to-face discussion is more effective than the online discussion. Very Happy
