Internet has changed the way we live. With the click of a mouse, we can be connected with people from all over the world. It is also easier to meet people of the opposite sex. Have you heard of anyone who does internet dating? What was their experience? Would you consider dating someone you have met over the Internet? Why or why not?

Some couples who date online have never met before they are officially dating, but some meet first.
Just like my friend, she's now with a guy who's studying overseas. They are now together for almost a year. And they only get the chance to meet after 9 months they have been dating online. However, still their relationship lasts long.
But we still can't deny the fact that internet dating is quite dangerous for some girls out there. They sometimes easily believe to a guy who is a total stranger.
Like me, I knew my previous ex-boyfriend through Facebook but he was not a 100% stranger to me because he's a friend of my friends. So yeah.
It's all depends on how one make use of it in a positive way.

You're right. But you still uncertain about how someone you know not-through-online could be faithful to you.
That's why we have to be smart. I "trust" him because at least he's a friend of mine.

i think most of the girls would look for a guy who is handsome and have a good look... especially nowadays we have facebook, twitter and other sort of social network... i dont think this will bring benefit to the girl..they are just going to waste their time by knowing some strangers......anyway, it's up to you...

errmmm. from my experience, if we want to know that person cheat us or not, we can use social network such as skype to see their face by own... if he didn't want to do that, that's mean there are something wrong with the person.

I think that Internet dating is fun but got a lot of risk.But all the fun have the effects right? So to me it's better to play it safe and go dating with the the person who you know

I do not like internet dating because it may give a negative effect on the public especially to the students. This can distract their measure of study and homework given by their teachers. maybe they would be rude to their parents if their own parents criticize their behavior
